To help maximize your experience, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will allow time to check in and relax as we must adhere to all time policies. Please give 24 hours notice for cancellations. Nature's Spa and Wellness strictly enforces the following cancellation and no show policy. If an appointment is cancelled under 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you do not call or show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
